Grace Unplugged and Own It!: Novel And Companion Book Giveaway

I have two books to giveaway!  One is Grace Unplugged, a novel.  And the other is Own it, a companion book which asks what it means to really “own” your faith.clip_image002[8]

In Grace Unplugged, Grace Tray wants to be the next singing sensation.  Yet her parents want her to go to college.   Convinced they will never understand, she sets off on her own to chase her dream.  Along the way, she will need to make some choices.  Will she truly own the faith she grew up with?  Or cast it aside on the slippery slope of compromise that showbiz often demands?

I enjoyed this story and think you will too!

Although I didn’t get to finish the companion book, Own It, I love the author’s challenge to OWN your personal faith.  Too often, young people follow along in their parents’ footsteps without giving much thought to the foundations of their faith.  Knowing what you believe and why is crucial at any age.  But as a young person, it makes all the difference in the world whether he or she truly “owns” their faith.    clip_image002[6]

The movie Grace Unplugged (on which the book is based) releases October 4th.  I would really like to see it!  The trailer looks awesome!

If you would like to have a copy of the novel along with the companion book, leave a comment below.  I’ll pick one winner on Friday.  As always, please make sure I have a way to contact you!

Disclosure of Material Connection: I received a copy of the above books for free in hopes I would give it an honest review.  And my honest opinion is what I promise to give.   I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

I am taking my daughter to go see this. A little Momma/Daughter date. I think she'd like the book and guide. So Since it's her birthday coming up, if I win I'll give it to her.
HUGS!!!!
