It’s official. I have two kids in High School!
And one in Third grade.
Sigh.
For the record, this summer went entirely too fast!! I didn’t tackle a single thing on my summer chore list.
Oh well. They weren’t that important anyway.
I spent today praying for good days for my boys, walking (and catching up) with my girl friends, and vacuuming.
Not a bad day.
My youngest son had a wonderful day! Even got to sit next to his best friends, lol! That’s a very brave teacher to let them pick their own seats!
Now I’m off to his soccer practice.
I really wanted to wait for my two high school guys to get home from soccer so I could hear how their day went.
Sadly, I think I’m going to have to leave before they get home.
I’ll let you know how their days went tomorrow. :)

Time flies and they grow up too fast! Hope school goes well this year.
PS - how is your Dad doing?
Aw. Look at them all grown up. It's crazy to think that your littlest was...hm...I think four, and my oldest was barely one when we "met." He's going to be starting kindergarten three weeks from today. I don't think I've ever told you this, but reading your blog has given me (a homeschool graduate) so much hope, inspiration, and courage as I send my precious children off to public school. I am so grateful for your example of Godly, involved, careful parenthood, and even friendship with your boys. Truly stumbling across your blog all those years ago was one of God's good gifts.
