Road Trip 2011: My Favorite Pictures

Here are a few of my favorite pictures from our trip!

IMAG0802

My three boys at French Creek State Park.  IMAG0807

For the older two, this was the first time they remember having been here.  For the youngest, it was his first time to visit.

IMAG0810

But it really wasn’t that long ago that my husband and I remember taking these…oldest This is me and my oldest (almost 2 at the time) on one of our many hikes at the park.  It was all I could do that day to keep him away from the water.  I feel exhausted just looking at the pictures!  Lol!  Me and my oldest

My husband had the “cake” job of carting the middle man (3 months) around in the back pack! youngest at lake

My, how fast they grow!!Oldest by lake

So anyway, it wasn’t hard to pick out my favorite pictures.  My favorite guys…at one of my favorite places.  :)

My little guy, btw, looked at the older pictures this morning and said, “Mom, you look the same!  How comes you haven’t changed?”

“What do you mean,” I asked.

“Daddy is all white.  But you look the same!”

Lol!  I better be careful how much I gloat in front of my husband.  He always claims he didn’t start going grey until he got married!

Hey!  I’m getting ready to post a family movie DVD giveaway early next week!  So don’t forget to come back and enter!

Cute pictures! It's fun to look back.
We joke about my husband making me go gray, but then he says I made him go bald!

Love the pictures and the memory. And did you give your son a special treat for his comment about you being the same? LOL!
Have a great day my friend.

Well that was fun....... :) I enjoyed looking at all your pics from my neck of the woods. I have never been to French Creek, but have heard it is quite lovely. Love the pic of all the "teens" at McD's....amazing how that happens, they grow up fast. Also loved the cabin....imagine life with no technology, sounds wonderful. :) But I would miss is some..........
Have a good week
