Happy New Year!!!

Guess where we watched the clock tick down to 2012?

Time Square

In our living room, of course!  Lol!

Our Celebration

We had a wonderful Christmas visiting friends and family in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.  But I have to say, after traveling almost 2400 miles in just over a week, it is very nice to be back home.  How I missed my own bed!  And all of you!  I’m looking forward to sharing some of the highlights of our trip.

Eventually—hah!  :)

It was just so nice to spend New Years unwinding.

watching the ball fall

And snuggling.

snuggle time

How was your Christmas?  And how did you welcome the new year?

It’s nice to be back, friends!!

We welcomed the New Year much the same - but over at my BIL's house. I would go crazy if I had to stand in Times Square!

So glad your back! That's a lot of traveling in such a short time.
I "tried" to go to bed around 9:30 New Year's Eve as I had to get up at 4:45am the next morning with hubby. BUT the fireworks didn't let up until long after 12:00 and then a pulled muscle kept me awake after that. *sigh* So needless to say I didn't ring in the new year very exciting. But I did get good sleep last night so I'm okay now! LOL!
Can't wait to hear all about your trip.
BIG HUGS!

When you have kids, and you were traveling a lot for Christmas...HOME is the best place to watch the ball drop. Hope you enjoyed good ole Lanc Co. :)

I'll BET you were glad to be home after all that! We rang in the new year watching Dr. Who while our children peacefully slept. : )

BTW, I love how your little guys is sitting in that second-to-last photo. Lol.

Have mercy! 2400 miles in a week?! Nothing like a relaxed night at home after that.
It looks like those 2400 miles were filled with lots of worthwhile activities, though. Can you picture your family in 20years, sitting around a tree, telling stories of the Christmas trip from 2011?
I love a trip like that.
