During the summer, we're all in and out of the back door constantly in our bare feet. What started out as being just a step to get you over the stones, turned into several steps to accommodate the short steps of my youngest. Mulching around them in a line from the stones to the flower garden bordering the house makes it an easy line to follow with the mower. It looks nice, works fine, and didn't cost a thing! I painted the cut edges of the slabs to prolong their life with some leftover outdoor paint. Tuesday, September 9, 2008
Wooden Slab Stepping Stones
