It’s The Little Things!

Do you have a favorite variety of potato chips?  Ours is Herr’s Sour Cream and Onion.  When we moved to Indiana in 2003, we were sad to find you couldn’t get them here.  They are manufactured in Nottingham, Pennsylvania, and we assumed they must just be a Pennsylvania thing.

Then last year, we began to see a few odd flavors here in the Herr’s line, like Ketchup, and Steak something, etc. (yuck!).  But sadly, not our Sour Cream and Onion ones.

To give you an idea of how much we like them, the boys all asked if Grandmom and Grandpop could just send chips for Christmas!  Lol!

Well imagine the ruckus my boys made when we noticed this new display of chips in our local RURAL KING!!!!  WOOOHOOOO!

Favorite Things 1-001 Ladies and Gentlemen, WE. HAVE. ARRIVED!  Bring on the chips!!

People in the store must have thought we were nuts.  The boys were literally dancing in the isles!  It was all I could do to get them to stand still so I could document our find!  To our credit, we (just barely) mustered a little self control and refrained from emptying the display.   We came out with only four bags.

But… we’ll be back!

Now, if we could just find a good hoagie around here!  Lol!

Did you notice my nifty photo collage?  I put it together using My Memories Scrapbooking Software.  :)  If you haven’t entered my giveaway for your own copy of this software, hop to it!  All entries must be in by midnight on Friday, February 17, 2012!

You are so funny! I'm glad that the craving is curbed for the time being.
We like to get the Cape Cod Salt and Vinegar chips when we go on vacation. YUMMY!
Have a great day!
