Equipment needed: One frozen shirt for each team
A few days before your event, estimate how many teams you will have and pick out a T-Shirt or other shirt in an appropriate size--bigger is better. Soak the shirts in water, then put them in the freezer. At game time, the first team to get the shirt on one of their players wins!
