I stole a few moments tonight to catch up with some blog friends. And you know what I found? Very few of you have updated since Christmas. Hmmm.
Could it be that your house has been taken over by friendly alien forces? 
Or that maybe there aren’t enough quiet moments to string together in order to complete a thought?
Or maybe vast armies are waging war under foot… In EVERY ROOM OF THE HOUSE!! …And you can’t even find your computer, much less your mouse.
Am I close?? Because that’s what’s going on around here.
It’s messy. And chaotic. And noisy. And fun.
We’re also enjoying our new Wii. The boys have taken to it like flies to fly paper. :) But, was there any doubt??
They race their friends on Mario Kart, and battle the enemies in a Star Wars game I couldn’t begin to remember the name of.
But sometimes, it’s just them. And a stadium full of strange little fans.
They made a Wii Mii for me, and I have to tell you, I am in desperate need of some fitness training! Guess its a good thing I got a Wii Fit to explore after the kids go back to school!
Then, last night we had our first measurable snow fall. It was just enough to make things beautiful for an evening walk. My camera skills and camera couldn’t possibly do it justice. But I did take a few pictures.
Snow fall at night, with the Christmas lights still shining, is one of my favorite things.

I finally updated earlier tonight, but am enjoying this little bloggy break. We've also been doing a lot of Wii playing. Fun, isn't it?
I love that picture with the tree at night. And we enjoy our Wii too. Mario Kart is one of our favorites. My Mom just bought me Wii Resort so I've been enjoying that too.

I know what you mean about getting around to updating my blog. I am actually still on vacation, so we aren't even home and I don't have all my regular computer equipment!

And yes, the WII has been keeping us busy lately. :) OUCH! Who knew that tennis and bowling could make your arms super sore? :)
